Description:
The program will calculate a student's tuition for a single semester. Tuition is $42.75 per credit hour. There is also a once per semester registration fee of $5.50. The user will first type the number of credit hours and then click a Calculate button, which will compute and display the answer. A Clear button will clear the number of credit hours and the total cost, and position the cursor so that the next number of credit hours can be easily entred. A Quit button will exit the program.
The program has to be delivered with the source code, an IPO chart and the pseudocode.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
