Description:
DivorcesYourself.com provides online divorces services via an interactive website. We desire a marketing video or motion graphics with audio that will assist in marketing our site by providing potential customers an informational walk-through of the divorce process via our system from purchase of our services to finalization of the divorce.
Our legal services are currently marketed in the US and Canada; consequently, it is essential that the video/graphics depict persons commonly found within the US and Canada. We prefer to depict multiple ethnic groups in American or Canadian attire and settings.
It is imperative that the audio be presented in clear and concise English. We further desire that the audio be presented in interchanging male and female voices.
We will provide the audio text and instruction regarding the process we desire to depict. If a changing static display is proposed rather than video, five to eight 'scenes' are desired.

Deliverables:
Within two weeks of acceptance of your bid, we require E-mail delivery of a video/graphic presentation in common format that can be uploaded to our server upon acceptance.
Platform:
Video/graphic should run on IE 5.5/Netscape 2.0 or higher with commonly installed plug-ins.
Upload time is a significant consideration--an initial display should be seen by the customer within 15-20 seconds via 56K modem.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

This is Deepak again from Maxnet Technologies. I hope you remember us. We hada few RFP's exchanged for your earllier posting. Unfortunately we did not make it. Anyways, I hope this time we get it.
I went through your requirmetns for a demo.
We can do it using Flash technology, reason being we can have good transition screens in flash, better effects to catch the viewers attention.
I also browsed through your site and understand that this presentation will be on the last link 'DEMO'.
We can assure you a great presentation with voice overs, some in male and some in female voice.
Reagrding the images, YES we will use images which would depict the common people in USA/ Canada.
We will make about 8-10 screens in flash which will potray the related information in an effective manner.
We have expertise in Flash with designers who are certified with over 4 yrs of experience.
We can use Swift 3D alogn with flash to give some 3D effects to the presentation.
