Description:
I require a script (for ASP page) that will lookup a state and Suburb from a Post Code list that is a CRV file.
Once the postcode has been entered when the cursor is moved away the Suburb and State field in the same form is to be updated to the correct values. The post code may produce more that one Suburb. In this case the user should be presented with a message box and be given the option to chose which suburb is the correct one.
If the post code is not valid the user is to be presented with an error message.
The CRV file is stored on the server and has the name 'pc-full_20030122.crv'. The date changes every time a new list is produced.
The script should lookup the lastest file.
ie pc-full_20030122.crv should be chosen over pc-full_20021205.crv
The date format is YYYYMMDD.
The file will be stored down one level on the server. Eg:
../PostCodes/pc-full_20030122.crv
Attached is the lasted CRV file that has been produced by Australia Post.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
