Description:
We are looking to create a youth sports scheduling system that will allow leagues to create schedules online. They would enter their teams, fields, available day/times and the system would create a schedule with balanced Home/Away and field distributions for each team
Deliverables:
Source code to take in a list of teams, fields, date and times and generate a balanced schedule for sports leagues.
Platform:
Windows 2000 Server, Active Server Pages and SQL Server.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 28, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
I have many years of programming experience, including ASP and SQL Server. I have also worked on a team scheduling application in the past. If you want the schedule to be auto-generated, you would also have to enter the number of games to be played, and identify a home field for each team. Do you need the capability to cancel/reschedule one or more games? Would you be doing this manually based on free time on a field (after the auto schedule has been generated)? It appears this is for multiple leagues. Will they share the same playing fields, or will each league have their own set of fields?
I am happy to discuss details with you. I think this may be around $700 - $1000 pending discussion of details.
