Description:
I would prefer a copy of a programme that you have already developed rather than wait for a new one to be developed but I do require resell rights (non-exclusive) and a nice GUI that is unique to my version. However, I do not want a rehash of one of the progs on www.planetsourcecode.com or similar sites unless you are the original author and can promise some significant improvements and extra features.
What I need is a powerful clone of one of the commercial programmes such as history kill or Evidence Eliminator. I wont list the a whole list of requirements as I am sure you are familiar with the type of thing I need but it must thoroughly overwrite all deleted material in a manner that makes them irretrievable. Afull list of features that Evidence Eliminator can be found here http://www.evidence-eliminator.com/features.d2w and whilst I understand that this would require too much work in most cases I would like as many of them as possible.
I have a limited budget but I will pay a bonus for good work and leave very good feedback.

Software should work on PC for windows versions 95 to xp
I will work with anybody with any or no feedback rating from anywhere in the world as long as you are sure that you are up to the job.
Deliverables:
These are NOT left here by accident - I do want the following:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased - however, I do not ask for exclusive rights to all source code but I do want exclusive rights to my particular branded version. i.e. if you make another version then please do a new GUI and rebrand it.
4) Time limited version that is unlocked by a serial number - so obviously I also need a basic Key Gen.
Platform:
Preferably VB, Delphi or c/c++ but any language that you feel is up to the job is fine by me.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Deadline is flexible but I do require a promise of when you will finish the work. As I say, I would prefer ready software.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I can change its GUI as per your requirements and can add more feature on demand.
I can deliver it with in 8 to 12 days.
I am also studing Evidence Eliminator, most of the features of EE are already there and I can add more.
