Description:
Dear Coder
We need an E-mail created with text and a form for people to fill out. No images. This will forward to our e mail address.
Currently, we have the form on a website that people have to get to from the e mail. we want to eliminate the need for the website.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
We use Windows 98Se and 2000pro. All browser and e mail programs (outlook, eudora, etc) Written in HTML
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Feb 1, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
completed by february 1, 2003
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I can do this for you cheap. The form would be sent via e-mail but the processing unit would be stored on a web server.. When the end user would fill out the form the data would be sent to the server to be processed, check for errors, and then to your e-mail address. I would host the processing script for you for free and also provide free updates to the form if/as necessary. I would send a demo but RAC prohibits giving out of e-mail addresses. If you are to go to www.ronniewilliams.net and use the contact form I could send a demo to you though. im new on RAC so im willing to work cheap to get ratings.
