Description:
i need a utility program that will automatically import a text file into an access database. the prgram should will have automation features such as time for file import and

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

ALSO

the user should be able to program which files to be imported and what name they should be saved as (default would be the current name).

the user should be able to specify the name database that the file will be imported into

the user should be able to program when each file import occurs and there should be an option to allow for daily repitition, weekly or monthly depending on preference

the language can be users choice but would like a stand alone version, will consider VB code within an access database
