Utility to combine mutliple MS-Word documents into one large document

Description:
I need a basic utility program that can combine multiple MS-Word documents into one large document. I am a programmer myself and I will be incorporating this into a larger project. The problems I have had attempting to do this is that it is difficult to retain the headers, footers, and pagination of the individual documents when combining them into one document.
Here are the requirements:
Program must be written in VB6.
Read a text file containing a list of files to be combined. Each file in the list is a Word (2000/2002) document that has its own headers, footers and pagination.
Create as output a single Word document file which retains the headers, footers, and pagination of the original source documents.
The GUI need not be fancy at all, but the VBA coding has GOT to be right!
I don't need a setup package. Just the source code that will run without error.
I need this ASAP.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Visual Basic 6.0, MS-Word 2002 or 2000.
Should run on Win 9X, NT, 2000, XP.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Greetings!
I have done this sort of thing before for another client. The only difference was their list of word docs to merge came from a database and they didn't have pagination differences between the word docs (although they did have header/footer differences between the word docs). I already know how to tackle the pagination differences though. I could have this to you fairly quickly, even before your posted deadline of 1/29. Let me know...
