Description:
well right now i have 3 php forms...
http://www.wildhosting.net/
it starts with signupnow.html
then sends info to signupnow.php
on this form i send myself an e-mail from the previous.
then signupnow.php sends to signup2.php
on signup2.php i have it send another e-mail
then signup2.php info gets sent to signupfinal.php
and then it sends me the final e-mail.
i would like to clean this all up... make it one form and have the form create it on the server so i login on http://www.wildhosting.net/admin
then i could view all the orders that are placed and process each one individually.
no matter what is typed in on those forms each one sends me an e-mail.. would like to make it one form and record all the info on one file.
there is also a coupon field that i have multiple people using differnet coupons... 2 are on there already but it uses a if then statement.
also i need to have it create an invoice on the server. i already created the html invoice.
it can create it and then send it directly to the user.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
