Description:
I'm looking to get a windows program that will let people who Enter their contact information will be entered in an instant raffle with instant results..
once the person enters their information and click on the submit button the program will let them know if they are a winner or not..
I want the program to have a way to enter what the prize is on the screen and change once a winner of the last prize is awarded..
we can pick how the prize is awarded by how many registered.. example if prize #1 is awarded at the 50th register that we place in the prize catagory on the admin and prize #2 is awarded at 60th register
and prize 3 is Awarded at 101st register.. we want to be able to place random numbers in and once that number is reached a prize will be awarded.
we are trying to accomplish a app that will generate a contact list and award the registers for giving their information.. we also want the information to be placed in a contact database.. in which we can press a button and that contact will be added to outlook..
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I have a question about the application you need. Where will this application run? I can't tell if you want a web application to capture the data you desire or a simple application running on a specific computer. Can you give me some more details on where this application will run?

- What are the prizes?
- Will there be separate prizes for each of the winners?
- Are you using Outlook 97 or Outlook 2000?
