Description:
To create a new web page header image, with a white background using the width of 740 pixels.
This design must have a 1 pixel black border around it. The height must be no larger than 150 pixels.
The graphic header will be used for our new associate program website.
The graphic text should say: Associate Program Control Panel
The idea is that they'll be logging into this site to check their statistics.
This image will appear at the top of the page used by all associates to login and check their web page stats, see how many sales they have made and check on their visitor count.
It should be relatively easy to associate some graphic images to the idea of "checking stats", "viewing the visitor count" or "seeing the amount of sales they have".
Using "Stats" is a good design concept.
We prefer bold colors, not pale graphics or "washed out" designs.
Since the header is for a technical site, (ie: affiliate tracking) I think the graphic should have a high tech look to it.
Scan lines, grid lines are good when used properly.
We prefer graphics that you don't see already all over the net.
We're not looking for boring images here. I want something cutting edge and exciting.
** When posting your bid, please include links to your graphic images or portfolio.
We will not be able to consider any bids without seeing your prior design work.
Deliverables:
1) Complete a graphic image that meets the above requirements, 740 pixels in width with a 1 pixel black border.
2) The graphic must be submitted to us with the accompanying .PSD file with full layers intact.
3) The image and the PSD file contents will become the property of our corporation and we reserve full rights to the final design.

.gif or .jpg format

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
There is no deadline for this project but we do need the graphic header created and returned to us as soon as humanly possible.
I'd like to see a mock up within 24 - 48 hours after your bid is selected with the final design submitted before 72 hours.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
