Description:
Write a program to read a number of measurements (real numbers) from a text file, then to display both the mean average measurement and the number of measurements within 10 of that average. The exact number of measurements is unknown, but less than 250.
Improve your program by using dynamic arrays and incorporating checks on the input data to ensure it is numeric
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

the project must run under delphi 6 and i need the code
