Description:
The objective is to create a documentation similar, but not identical to the attached example
Additional features needed:
a) Field description (from extended property) on the right of each table column
b) Include the diagrams (as graphic image)
c) Add an additonal table DOCT to contain a description of each table in the database
Should be writen in VB6 and produce a word document. A Html document is also acceptable although word is prefered. I prefer to avoid a report generator like Crystal report.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
