Description:
I'm looking for a real estate web design, no technical coding required, apporximately 10 pages.
Logo should have yellow background with green letters and should state 'Prospect Equities'.
Should have the following links:

Houses by Email

Who we are
View homes for sale will bring us to a page that gives the housing information. I can find examples if you need them.
I'm looking to find the best mockup front page at the best price. I'll then expect 9 more sub pages of laying out the content.
Check the bidding time for the amount of time you have to submit your mock. I plan to choose within 12 hrs.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
I have attached a sample design for you based on what you said in your project description.
If you feel I was off in my analysis of what you wanted, please let me know where I went wrong and I will go back to the drawing board and have another design ready for you to look at.
The completion date is more than enough time for me to finish this website.
