Description:
I need a flash, php, mySQL guru to build a back-end database for an arts/environmental education web site which enables students to POST and EXPLORE creative writing and artwork. The entire front end is up and running at www.poemation.com. Click on the "wisdom tree" flower and creativitTree leaf to get access.
The first thing I need is a system to collect a unique username, and postword, and a required adult and optional kid email address.
Once access is granted to post there are 13 fields in the database (name title, grade etc..) and the ability to attach a 320x240 jpeg.
Clicking post sends all fields to the database. I'd like to have it sent to me first so I can review/approve it and then send it to be live on the site. If all required fields (*) are not filled in, a window pops up: The " " field is required. Please enter the appropriate information and click post again.
In the explore mode, records are retrieved and navigated in one of the following ways:
Clicking Poetree, liTreeture or artisTree limits the found set to records submitted in those respective categories. The last record submitted is the current record displayed. (The displayed text in the main window is currently coming in dynamically from external text files - so it is all set up as a conduit to the eventual database.)
Choosing from the creativiTree branches pull down limits the found set to records in the the chosen branch.
Clicking the leaves at bottom brings up the next or previous entry in the found set. They must also check the category associated with each called record and send flash to the appropriate interface of poeTree, artistree, or litreeture for display purposes.
Search (bottom left):
enter name, title or keywords text field: - click go:
searches all fields in the database and 1) inserts the number of found records in a "resultsText" field below the search box AND 2) returns results from the selected category .
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional flash file with all source code (.fla) and all associated php mysql and other files necessary to run the site. A fully functioning test site up and running on the web.
2) Installation package/instructions that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
.fla must run on flashMX for the mac 0SX10.2.3. The swf, php mysql and any other associated files go on a Windows 2000 server.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
