Description:
We require three small routines written in visual basic 6 that will allow a user to do the following to a midi file:
1. Allow the user to playback a midi file and select/deselect any of the channels in the file whilst it is playing, then let the user save a new smaller midi file with just the selected channels.
2. Allow the user to playback a midi file and select a start and end point within the file, then let the user save a new midi file of just the selection portion.
3. Strip a midi file of all 'complex' matter such as pitch bends etc to leave a simple, more compact file.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
3) The visual basic code must not use any extenal controls (eg dll / ocx).

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
