Description:
I need a script that can be installed on my server.
The user would input the following:
-Name
-Email Address
-ID
-UserName
A new directory would instantly be created on my server (named after the UserName), with one html document in this directory.
The html document would be a copy of an original, except for in a few places, where the name and ID would need to be changed.
For Example:
The User would input into a form
Name: Bill Jones
Email: sample-email-address
ID: 48573
UserName: bjones
Instantly, http://www.my-site.com/bjones/ would be created, and the index.html file would be copied over from the parent directory. The new index.html file would have '45873' and 'Bill Jones' added to the html code in certain places.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Full Installation on my site, and email support if it does not work properly, or if there are any other problems.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello.
THis is a very easy task which I can provide you in a day.
I will be using server side PHP script that would handle the registration.
I would make the registration form for you, which would be a HTML page or this page can be provided by you , which I can modify to work for my solution. The form would submit to the PHP script woudl wud create the directory on the server and create a file according to the template which you would be providing. I would make the template would be made easily editable by you so you could change it anytime wihtout delving in programming.
I will setup the script on your server within the day.

I can send the code as soon as you accept my bid :)
By the way, the directory is made only if the directory does not already exist. Otherwise an error would be shown.
