Description:
Basically what I want is a computer program that will use a voice-capable modem to answer the telephone. I should be able to specify the number of rings before the computer picks up. Then it should play a .wav file to the person calling in, which can be specific to the time of the day, and day of the week. The message will be something like this, "Thank you for calling, please enter the numberic portion of your address followed by the pound key now now. If you need further assistence, press *." If they press *, the system will switchhook (flash), and enter another extension then hang up as to transfer the call. If they enter any other key set (maximum 4 digits) it will take that number and input it into a website form and hit the submit button, then will read a number in a specified field back the the caller like this: "We are dispatching a shuttle to 834. We have ten open calls, and the current average wait time is fourteen minutes. Please wait outside for the shuttle." The average wait and open calls will be calculated by a program we already have, all you have to do is read the number from a text field in a website and read that number to the guest. We also would like to specify different greeting messages at different times, so when we close it will play a different message and not allow people to enter addresses, and then transfer the call to another extension.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Windows 98/2000/NT

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jan 25, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Special Conditions / Other:
Needs to work with standard voice modems found at compusa or whatever. Should be able to easily alter voice greetings by replacing the .wav file for it.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements. We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
