Hello!
I have recently developed a program very similar to yours ( it was a library simulation that had some of the facilities that your program should have -add, search, sort members by name, display and delete members, books - and some particular features -lend/return a book, move to another date etc. It won't be a problem for me to complete your program with all the requirements and following the standards of a robust, well written code (of course inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism etc will be used whenever necessary). I have windows 98 on my computer and Java 1.4.1 installed (the program will work on 1.3.1 version as well). You will have the program long before deadline so you will be able to test it and tell me if there's any changes that you want to do.
I am sending you as attachment the program that I told you about(the Library simulation jar file). You can run the program with: java -jar LibrarySim.jar You'll have to be in the same directory with the file LibrarySim.jar For example, suppose you unziped on drive C what I sent; in a console window(ms-dos prompt) give the command :
c:\LibrarySim\java -jar LibrarySim.jar
(let me know if you have any problems in running the program or if you have any questions)
Sincerely, Ionut
