messaging system based on Windows Messaging Service.
Sends messages to a range of IP addresses.
sends messages directly to the user's PC not using any additional services like email, instant messengers, etc) using port 135
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hey there, I read your bid post and I went off and created a clone of that application in delphi quite easily. But it was just to a single IP or hostname. It would be very simple to add IP ranges. So with this in mind I can guarentee you a quick turn around time and a quality product. Also I will also fix any bugs that may appear in the program at a later time free of charge. I am sure though no bugs will appear, but it is always best to be prepared. Thanks for your time. I anticipate your response.
