Description:
Hi,
I want a collapsable .NET Panel component/Control to be developed just like the one you see in the Windows XP explorer ( open up XP explorer and click on the Folders button and you will see a view in the left hand side, which is basically a panel with collapsable display view.
I need the complete functionality as is in the explorer - should be able to collapse by clicking on the image or clicking on the title bar of a view.
Also all the properties should be customizable - colors, text, images etc.
Also it should support Alpha blending.
This is a .NET Winforms Control Library project.
The control should have a Designer to let the user customise the design time settings like images, header text, etc.
Just play around with that view in your windows explorer and you will see what features I am looking for.
I need this component to be developed in 100% Visual C# as a Windows Control library.
I need the source code fully commented and variable and method names chosen should be intutive.
All events and delegate methods should be clearly commented.
I also need a sample WinForms project explaining the usage of the developed control.
Deadline for delivery is : 10th of Jan 2003!

Hi,
I have developed this component a few months ago in one of my existing CRM project. I can deliver you eactly the same you wanted only some few changes I would like to change in my existing component to meet your requirements.
The component is fully written in C#. There will be two component one CollapsiblePanelBar and the other CollapsiblePanel. The bar will be used as a container for the CollapsiblePanel. This is required, as say you are using two panels and both the panels are in expanded state. Now, if you collapse the Top Panel, then automatically the bottom panel will move up just as you see in XP Explorer.
I can deliver you within 2 days.
