This is a very simple problem that can be solved in less than a few hours (perhaps even one). If you accept my bid, I will provide your one file with all the classes you need and this one file is compatible for both Application and Applet. (I will do other wise if you prefer)
If you have a problem with the bid amount I've suggested, please reply and we can negotiate on that (That is a fair price from my experience, but if you have trouble with that, please suggest a fair price to you and we can go from there.
