Description:
I am currently using a perl program for my company.
What I need is an alteration/addition to the perl code to:
1. Allow for image uploading of jpg or gif images.(The upload function is already in the software)
2. Taking that image and rescaling it to a desired height dimension I input into the perl program while keeping proper scale in the width.
3. Renaming and saving the image uploaded to a hidden name I specify in the html page where the image is being uploaded from.
---This renaming allows for images to be uploaded over previous images in the system with the same name.
For demonstration purposes, a copy of the current script I am using can be found at:

The 2 perl programs within the script found at the link above that need to be altered are:
index.pl
template_editor.pm
I am currently hosting under:
RedHat 7.2
Apache 1.3.27
Perl 5.6.1
For Image Manipulation I have:
GD Library 2.0.4
Image Magick 5.4.5
This project requires contact between me and the programmer to get the end use of the product exactly to desired specifications.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I have recently created a script to upload and thumbnail jpg and png images. I am also familiar with the Genesis script you are using. Modifying these files to do the thumbnailing should not be difficult at all.
