Description:
Looking for a coder to put together software that will
1."Burn" wav. and mp3. files to CD and make "mp3 CD's".
2."rip" audio cd's and save them has mp3,wma, and wav files.
3.Convert wav files on hard disk to mp3 and wma and convert mp3 and wma files on hard disk to wav files
4.Audio capture program that captures audio from microphone, computer , line in, etc
NOTE: Active X component that will perform all the conversion between different audio types and burning to CD will provided to the coder
NOTE: Most be programed using visual basic 6
Most be compatible with windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Must be programmed in visual basic 6
Must be compatible with windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Mar 30, 2003 EDT

Special Conditions / Other:
Buyer as a vision of what the software should look like and perform and will work costly with the coder on the visual apperance of the software

i can do this i make tons of active x cotnrols and some software that does this. most people here usually just buy my controls and work using them so i decided to join here myself and do work myself. i can have this done within two three weeks. im open to anything you want to add and i feel that i can do the best job for you. again since i make a wide wide variety of active x controls which people have bought to make other people stuff here i feel i would be a great person to work this program out for you
