I need to create a logo link generator on an existing site that allows users to get the html to several sized banners and text links that promote my site on their site. This is a crude example of what I'm talking about:

I'd like a tool akin to http://www.allisontaylor.com/affiliates/link_generator.html
so that I can put in my own options and graphics and allow users to produce whatever link works for their site. I would like to produce 4 or 5 options of different texts and banners.
What I have now is this and it obviously doesn't work.

Finally, I would like the deliverable to be scalable so that I can reproduce the html infomation for a potential affiliate program down the line on a site like www.cj.com (See advertiser product and text links). It would be great if the affiliate code part can be optional. That way, if I start a program, the code can be inserted and if I don't, then there's nothing lost.I'm looking for a tool that will do this, example of picture and text, box with a "click here" to generate code like this:

And then the code appears in the box. I would want to be able to program the boxes to change the text and banners from time to time.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) All website software, tools, etc., programmed in-house
5) Anything you do in this project is part of deliverables. Any mockups, final form graphics, flash source code, HTML, binary files, please attach everything to a ZIP file and make part of deliverable.
6) Coding must be according to Industry Standard with no third party components.

Special Conditions / Other:
This is a rather simple project. Doesn't need alot of bid hype. Please don't bid if it's beyond your expertise or you don't have time to work on it straight away.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
