I need a program (in Delphi if it's possible) that can ABSOLUTELY delete a file from the hard disk.
I need that the deleted file couldn't be recovered neither with software spy's like "Forensic utilities"

Hi
I have a strong experience with data destruction algorithms so I believe you should accept my bid if you want your program to be small, fast, secure and finished on time.
The program will securely erase files on FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS disks, using method chosen by the user (or a hardcoded method, as you wish). The user will be able to choose one of the following data destruction methods:
- 1-pass overwrite with random data (lowest security)
- US DoD 5220.22-M ECE standard 7-pass (medium security)
- Peter Gutmann's 27-pass method (highest security)
The program will be able to handle encrypted/compressed files on NTFS volumes (!).
The program will show operation progress dialog to the user with estimated remaining time, number of files/bytes processed etc.
The program will run on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. It will be written in C++ for performance reasons. Pure Windows API will be used, so no 3d-party libraries will be required; this will also minimize executable size.
