Hi,
I have gone through the word file you gave and you have given a crystal clear description of the work. Time is an important consideration in this job, like you said.
About the parser, that's very easy as I already do all my work using templates and then parsing and replacing specific tags with data fetched from a database. I would certainly like to see more details which would help me figure out a timeframe.
If you want to see a demo on anything that will help you decide, you're most welcome to contact me regarding that.
Looking forward to a positive reply from your side.
Regards Anurag
