Description:
I need a popup form similar windows FileManager with thumbnails view enable. The user can double click on the thumbnails to display a popup windows of the image and be able to crop, resize, zoom in/out and insert text into the image.
The user can choose from 1 to 5 images and insert them on the bottom panel of the program. After the user exit the thumbnail popup, the chosen images need to be inserted onto a panel on the main program(I will provide).
Program must support popular JPEG, GIF, BMP, ect. User can convert from one format to another. Thumbnail quality must be high.
I included a sample program, please take a look.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi,
Your requirements are straight forward. My implementation will support all major file formats, the ability to Crop, Resize, Rotate, Zoom In/Out and adding text to the images as well as converting the formats (i.e. save in different formats.) I can add other features, like brightness, contrast, smooth, sharpen and the like. These will require some extra time, though.
Please note that my suggestions are always towards professional and complete output. If you really need the project done by the first of January, I&'m ready to re-bid with the intention of providing exactly the requested features by the deadline you have set.
