Description:
Affiliate Management Software
We are looking for a Php script to manage affiliates online. It could be similar to http://www.idevdirect.com/software/idevaffiliate/ just we do not pay affiliates per sale but per click/lead (a lead is represented by a request of free catalogue so the code is placed on our confirmation page).
Deliverables:
Administration side (some sample http://www.idevdirect.com/affiliates/admin/accounts.php )
a) tracking of each click and or lead with IP and email if is a lead (email taken by our form) and of course the name of the affiliate who send the traffic
b) auto warning if 2 or more clicks or 2 or more leads are generated by the same IP address
c) daily statistics, or statistic per month, or any period we like, per affiliate etc
d) payment list: List of payments to be performed with bank details of the affiliate ( this in real time but we pay once a month)
e) possibility to suspend an affiliate or cancel a specific lead as “unqualified”
f) possibility to pay only by lead, only by click or both. There is a fixed payout for new members and we should be able to customize for more active affiliates
g) FULL support of pop under banners. The script given to the affiliate should include the java script to open a pop under banner. This is very important as we will be using mainly pop under ads Clear instructions should be given to webmasters on “how” to implement a pop under script (e.g. create your pop under page etc.)
h) Email an affiliate or email all affiliates also in html format. Possibility to set a template on email.
i) All leads and click are on status “pending” before approval of the admin. We can set auto approval for certain affiliates.
j) Email daily overall statistics if selected by the admin.
Affiliate site:
a) signup form which requires an email verification before granting access
b) fully detailed real time statistics
c) daily email of statistics
d) possibility to download unique urls also for pop-unders
e) possibility to close an account
f) payment status: when administrator confirm payment it will show up to the affiliate as "payment executed by our bankers........on....." when a payment is confirmed an email is sent to the affiliate.
Both sides (affiliate/admin) should have a decent graphic interface. I will tell you the font, nothing fancy.

Timing: time is important. We need someone fully dedicated. If you are overloaded with projects, do not bid.

Project made easy!
We can buy this script http://www.xaviermedia.com/php/popunder.phtml which is already working as pop-under exchange. All the need is therefore to add some of the functions we need (now the script is working on exchange and we pay money...) to the existing php script. (which has full manual online at the above mentioned url)
Please let me know if you can do it faster/better this way.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
