Description:
Update Online Catalog < http://www.melsolenterprise.com > with 200 pages of JPEG images of clothing.
This project requires NO PROGRAMMING of code. It involves mostly Editing of Graphics files and DATA INPUT into the MySQL Database. Data input is done using forms in the Online Catalog Administrator.
The site is being developed using osCommerce < http://www.oscommerce.com > online shop e-commerce solution.
Deliverables: Catalog of 200 scanned pages need to have each item on each page individually cropped to dimensions 400width x 600height pixels and others smaller images to what best fits. Some pages have only 1 item and a few others may have as many as 3 items on each page. Pages with 2 items overlaying each other will need to be slit and made presentable.
Inputting the text data is totally manual and is very time consuming. The text descriptions for each item are located on the pages of the JPEG images. Also the setup of the SIZE and COLOR fields is just as time consuming as entering the text. The 200 pages may actually include about 250 to 300 total items.
The current graphics on my site needs some work. You be fixing the current graphics and updating the missing data. There is only currently 30 graphic items on site in its database. However about 20 of the graphic items still need the information fields (SIZE, COLOR) added so that they too will be up to date with the new images/items to be added.
Every item on each page must be added to the Online Catalog MySQL Database alone with the Text descriptions.
Each item must be place under its appropriate category accordingly to the Catalog Table of Contents.
There are also other smaller graphics and manufacturers logo needed for the categories in the Online Catalog that are available on the same pages to be worked. I would need those items included in with this work. Some manufacturers logos my need to be taken from manufacturer's home site.
Each item must have it&'s fields available for setting all available options: Examples of Available Fields: Sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL), Colors (00 Black, 01 Red, etc..)

I fully understand what needs to be done. I estimate it'll take me about two days work to get it finished.
I am an artist and a programmer, and although this job doesn't really require either of these skills, I feel they both help. I know how inportant it is to have the correct data in your database, and I can crop or resize each picture to look it's best in your catalog.
Please look at my profile to see what others say about my work. I would very much like to do this for you, and I'll make every effort to do it right the first time and well before your deadline. I can promise it'd be done before January 1st if you accept my bid before christmas.

I understand the job. I know it will be time consuming. I bid $200 to do it, mainly because I want the job so I can have my 4th '10' rating on this website, because I intend to do an outstanding job and make you very happy that you decided to choose me. I sense that you think I'm bidding too low. Perhaps I am, but I'm willing to do the work for that money. If you really think I deserve more, please give me a bonus when the job is done to your satisfaction, but only if you want to. I'll be happy to just do the work and get a good rating that will lead to more work in the future. And the additional job you mentioned will also be very welcome when I'm finished with the first 200 pages. So please don't doubt me. If you want me to do this job, I will do it for the amount I originally bid. I'm just waiting for you to accept. |
