Description:
Fraser
This program will facilitate a question and answer session as if the user were visiting a psychologist. Basically, it will converse with a human and deliver canned responses based upon keywords detected in the users typed entry.
Criteria:
You must do the following and will be graded on it:
The very first prompt should ask for the patients name.
The canned computer responses must be stored in a string array.
The program will extract words and or keywords from the user's typed entry using string functions.
The user's words will be used to search through the array of keywords, and if determined to be a keyword - the corresponding canned response will be returned, prompting for another user entry.
You must use functions and arrays and loops to accomplish this.
Example of keywords and the responses:
kill - Isn't that a pretty strong statement?
die - That sounds serious. Tell me more.
job - What about your job in particular
If no keywords are found, have a few (around 10) generic responses... such as the following..
"Interesting, please tell me more."
"Why do you say that?"
"Please go on."
"Explain that to me."
"How do you feel about that?"
and more (let's say 10 in each of 3 arrays)
Deliverables:
1) complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership
