Description:
I am creating a second site from one that is already existing. The banner and some of the graphics I would like to convert over but the rest of the page has to be changed.
Also need a signup page made up....2 pages total.
Please supply 3 pages of your best work you've done before so I can see the type of work you do. There is more work for the future available.
Please only bid if you have examples of work that you can show that is in a URL that I can visit. You must take pride in what you do and work to a mutually agreed on deadline. You must be creative and can bring a page together in an organized and visually appealing way. This is a professional site and only a high caliber of work will be considered.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
