Description:
Hi all,

I'm looking to have a self-extracting EXE program written in C. (similar to WinZip or IExpress.EXE but without compression).

To better illustrate:
- VBAPP is our VB Application
- C.EXE is the C-application you'll be writing

VBAPP
1- VBAPP creates 3 files (Setup.exe, Setup.lst, Setup.cab)
2- VBAPP appends the 3 files to C.EXE (programmatically)
3- C.EXE is ready for distribution

Third Party is given C.EXE
1- They run C.EXE
2- C.EXE self-extracts the 3 files to a Windows Temporary folder
3- C.EXE orders the extracted Setup.exe to execute

Additional Requirements:
1- SourceCode & EXE
2- Bug Free & Bug Support
3- No DEPENDENCIES: C app must work with OEM Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2K/XP distributed DLLs only.
4- Compatible with 95/98/ME/NT/2K/XP
5- C.EXE may be renamed anything, so do not hardcode Self-extracting exe name, same applies to "Setup.lst", "Setup.cab", Windows Temp folder and everything else, except for "Setup.exe".

I have the code written in VB, however, because of VB dependencies, it will not self-extract on a system that doesn't have the appropriate DLLs in place.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
