Description:
Maybe the third time is a charm. Two coders have disappeared on me and cost me two months of time so don't bid unless you are capable and willing to complete the work.
I need to set up a new site. It can be an existing template so it doesn't have to be written from scratch. My hosting company has Linux, MySQL, and shopping cart software on the site already.
I need to be able to list software in categories for sale. It will be some very lardge files 200+ megs and many smaller files under 1 meg. I will sell these software packages, take credit card information, confirm card, get approval, and then allow immediate download of these files. I will want site maps, about us page, contact page, and other standard pages. I want to be able to modify some of it myself for maintenance purposes. I have no immediate preference on programming language used, although it needs to something I can edit easily myself. I will also need the site to be able to look at a serial number database for the products and issue a serial number and maybe an unlocking code for that product. For example if I sell a copy of PC Anywhere I will need to be able check the list and see if I have serial numbers left to issue and to email the the serial number for that copy so they will have a legitimate license, and remove it from the database. I will also need to be able to have the customer check a box if they want the software sent by mail/ups after the download. If the serial number database is empty or all the licenses used for that product, then the item needs to be marked out of stock and an email sent to me that I missed a sale.
I also have a customer that needs a simple static web site created. 8-10 pages.
I also need the following sites reworked. www.usdataservices.com and www.snhosting.net I want all of the sites done in a style to look something like www.templateheaven.net. Not necessarily the colors but I like the look of that site.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

I have read your requirements very carefully and would like to offer ourselves to complete this project.Actually,we are a group of programmers and designers who have been in the software industry for the last five years.And we have a lot of websites to our credit which include dating,auction,shopping and other general websites.As we are starters at RAC we don't have rating to show off but confidence that we can prove our metal,provided you give us a chance.
As we have been involved in so many websites we are very well aware of
-payment (Credit Card,Paypal etc)
-shipping (ups,usps,fedex etc)
that needs to be implemented .
We also had a look at www.usdataservices.com and www.snhosting.net and our designer has redesigned the home page of www.usdataservices.com(which is attached along with this).This is just a mock up.This could be changed any number of times depending on your liking.Looking forward to work with you,
