Description:
Problem Statement:
A projectile is fired in air with a velocity of 22m/s and at an angle of theta degrees to the horizontal. Assuming acceleration due to gravity is 9.8m/s2 and ignoring air resistance, calculate the maximum height and distance traveled by the projectile and the time of flight for each angle of departure(from 5 to 85 degrees in increments of 10 degrees).
Instructions:
Write a C++ program named TRAJECT.cpp to determine the range, height and time to impact for a projectile fired in air. The trajectory can be altered by varying the angle and/or intial velocity.
Math Formulas:
R = V^2 SIN2theta/g
H = V^2 SIN^2theta/2g
T = 2V SINtheta/g
Input:
Velocity and gravity
Print output screen to a disk file named TRAJECT.DAT
Also desired to know which angle produces the greatest range for the projectile
