Description:
This is a simple task really. Must be done in ASP!
1) I need a form in asp with one drop down box populated from a database (field 3 for e.g.) and once the drop down box is selected I want the form to fill in the necessary data from drop down box taken from the database and the ability to update this data into the same fields in the database.
2) A search field which will return the same results as the above but without the drop down box (search to be carried out from any fields in the database (if possible)

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Internet Explorer 5 or above, IIS etc...
