Description:
VB.Net Program required that will do the following:
Purpose: Program will allow the synchronization of data between a local and remote server.
1. Allow a user to setup a list of tables that they would like to transmit or receive.
2. Allow the user to define a SQL criteria for each table listed to help filter the data that is being transmitted or received.
3. Allow the user to define the field that should be updated on ther server when receiving data and the value that it should be filled with.
4. Allow the user to define the field that should be updated on the workstation when transmitting data and the value that it should be filled with.
5. Program should have a timer function that allows the user to define how often they want to run the synchronization (based on minutes, hours or days).
4. It is assumed that the server will have an existing database on it containing the tables that are being transmitted.
5. Program should use a web service to communicate with the server
6. Web service should be password protected
7. Web service should have a configuration option to specify user id, password and the SQL database that is is being transmitted to.
8. User should be able to define what local database name they are transmitting the information into.
9. Progress bar should be displayed when performing the synchronization
10.A detailed log file should be kept and the user should have the ability to view the log file
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
