Description:
Construct a top-down object oriented program design that will compute a biweekly payroll using the following specifications: 1. The gross pay is a product of hrs. worked and hourly rate, but worked over 80 is paid at 1.5 times hourlly rate. 2.federal taxes is 20% of the gross pay less the product of number of dependants and 38.46 3. The soc. sec. deduction is equal to 7.65% of the gross pay, to a maximum of $3,924.45 for the year. 4. The bonus is completed by multiplying a factor and the original gross pay. The factor is based on the job class that is found in each employee payroll transaction record.( After computing the gross pay for the employee, use the job class to search the bonus table for the bonus factor to multiply the gross pay to determine the bonus.) If the job class is not in the table, assign the employee bonus of $25.00 . Input Data: Master file, Transaction file, and bonus table. master file has employee number: like 123, 124 etc. dependants: hourly rate; YTD Gross pay YTD federal tax YTD social security YTD= year to date The Transaction File has: Employee Number Hours worked Job Class The bonus Table has: Job class bonus Factor: like .025, .0315 etc.. Output Results: Generate a payroll report with proper headings. Each line of the report should include the employee number, bonus pay, gross pay, federal tax, social security deduction and net pay in a table format. Also show accumulated totals on all the computed items at the end of the report
