Description:
I would like a photo-quality collage for use on a website. It should be rectangular (800 pixels wide by 150 pixels high) and have a theme that reflects web development services. I prefer something that has people in it and computers obviously. It should be dynamic and fresh with lots of blue accents (website background is white).
If you are interested in bidding, please submit samples of similar work you've completed you&'ve completed in the past.
I need this in an optimized jpeg format (as small a file size as possible without sacrificing quality.)
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
JPEG only - and should be optimized for a web site.

Special Conditions / Other:
Great opportunity for a first- time coder; I'll give a great rating for quality work! Depending o the outcome, I have a significant amount of other graphics design work including software boxes, animated banners and logos.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Here's a sample of what we could do... We can either work on that or develop another idea... BTW we also do Software Boxes, Banners and Logos...
