It would be very helpful if the coder had a knowledge of track and field. This is NOT a requirement, but please indicate when you submit your bid if you are familiar with the sport.
The data file must stay as a .txt file. It can not be a database. This is what the program I will input the data into is looking for.
I have had some bidders say that this isn't an effective way of doing this project. I'm sorry, but it has to be done this way. The file has to be a .txt file, and the word document that details the specifics of the file itself have to be followed exactly. I am importing the .txt file into Hy-Tek Meet Manager, and if it isn't set up correctly, the data that I will recieve from coaches will be useless. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) All files are to be sent in a .zip format with all source code.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) The code should be commented so I understand what the code itself does, and if I need to make any changes, I will be able to do so.
5) The program should be scanned for any and all viruses. If this program contains a virus I will refuse payment.
Platform:
All versions of Internet browswers.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
