Description:
I need a basic (professional looking) web site designing for a sales quote we are producing. We are a software company that produces bespoke code for manufacturing solutions. We are not web designers.
What I require is a web site that has the main menu system for the whole project. This to be displayed in an explorer style on the left hand of the screen with a banner with company details on the top.
This would then be constant throughout the web site with pages been displayed on the remaining screen.
We are going to use vb.net and asp.net for the main application. So the web site will have to be able to drop in as part of the overall solution project.
The successful bidder would have to explain how the right side menu can be changed in the future and identify the necessary code to be able to display which ever page we wished when the item was clicked.
As a company we are not a believer in reinventing the wheel so any existing URL&'s that can be reused (saves the coder starting from scratch) will be welcome.
Also please allow for some general help in dropping ASP.net pages into the site.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

the side menu bases on a .js file which can be generated by your software to have dynamic menus... the js file is just an instruction per item and is mostly the url and the position of the menu and that's it... We can cover all the design also...
