Interesting "how it works" graphic

Description:
My business translates professional documents from Chinese to English and English to Chinese. I seek a graphic that explains in simple, visual terms, the benefits of our approach and how we do it.
Our logo is a globe motif. We are imagining on one side of the globe there is an arrow pointing left, symbolizing translation from and into Chinese. On the other side of the globe there is an arrow symbolizing English. We will use some text that explains our process i.e. Step 1 and Step 2 but the clarity and simplicity of our benefits should be clear from the graphic.
The graphic should be approximately 200-300px X 200-300px and you must provide a larger version, please, that will be in a popup of 600 X 400 or so and will contain more detail.

but I think we can do better in terms of a simple, clear graphic. Note that the above example is much, much more detailed than we would need to produce.
The graphic will thus be very roughly something like this - only stunning, arresting and the basis of the huge fortune we will all make when customers flock to our beautiful site :) (note that this did not paste very well):

We are amenable to suggestions about our logo, but this is not a deliverable (note that an agreeable designer may well find that we have significant additional projects for him/her through RAC).
We will provide exact details on the business model and process/benefits upon acceptance of a bid. We&'re excited to hear from you.
Deliverables:
1) Deliverable will be an editable (i.e. not “flat) graphic of approx. 200-300 x 200-300 and a matching larger graphic that contains slightly more detail and is suitable for about 600X400 when optimized. Format must be as discussed below.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
I would prefer (editable files of) Illustrator 9 or 10, but I will not exclude from consideration Photoshop (I have 7) if you are talented.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
We require the right to ask for several substantive revisions, but we maintain a reasonable standard in this regard: once a given element is accepted, we do not ask for additional reviews.

This bid request includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
