Description:
This is a VC++ 6.0 DLL project that uses multiple connections to download JPG files. There is a VB6 program that uses the DLL. This project is almost done; there are a few bugs in it I need fixed:

1. The DownloadFiles_Stop function does not work sometimes. Sometimes, the VB program continues to download pictures even after I press the Stop button. Maybe we need a "kill DLL" code or something, instead of, or addition to asking the DLL nicely to shutting down the connections.

2. The number of the JPG file should correspond to the line # of the .txt file downloaded from. Like if the DLL reads from line 5, then the file should be 000005.jpg. The bug is that if the line is blank, then it will download to that line # anyway. Example: the first 5 lines of the txt file are blank, but the first JPG is saved to 000001.jpg. It should be 000006.jpg.

3. Sometimes, I get the error "ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION". I used the error.txt included to get this error. It seems to error out at 61%.

I am using Windows ME, and have MSIE 6.0 installed if that helps. I need this DLL working flawlessly on all Windows versions. Your assignment is to fix these bugs and any other bugs that you see or that I find before I pay you.

I recommend that the programmer look at the code before posting a bid to see if they can fix it. In the past a few programmers fixed the project, but made a message box saying "If this program works good for you, please accept my bid and I will release the source code.", and I accepted his bid immediately.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
All Windows
