Description:
Website and database for "Debt Consolidation" based upon the design and colours from http://www.idebtassistance.com/default.php?a=00001&r=http://www.ihomemortgages.com/cgi-bin/RATS.cgi?00001-toppage.htm
We want a similar site for our debt consolidation/consulting business.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 2000 platform and SQL

I can do this in ASP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Access or SqlServer for the database. Also I have very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, required for the graphics of the site.
