Description:
Need an Access form for the choice of Reports, will use month view controls for start date(Last Friday - 7 = default) and end date(Last Friday = Default), will use a selection list(5 items) that will be passed to the Report query as all (Default), or pass multiple selections to the Report query in an And statement. Code and form can be generic, I will change the code to point to the correct report and I will enter the data for the lists and correct cosmetics. Must be Written in Access 2000 or compatible.

Deliverables:
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
Access 2000, XP pro, server 2000

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Dec 5, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
