Description:
Create a Visual Basic program that will handle elections. Program should:
1. Add each candidate to a list box as he/she is nominated.
2. After nomination is complete, voters should be to double click on the candidate of their choice.
3. When a Tally Votes command buttom is clicked, a second list box showing number of votes received by each candidate should appear beside first list box.
4. Name of candidate with highest number of votes should be displayed in a picture box.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
