Description:
Website and logo design for "Real Estate Solutions A/S" based upon the design and colours from www.advizer.dk
We want a simular site to advizer.dk for our real estate business - Real Estate Solutions A/S.
Before the coding job beigns we will provide detailed information about link/buttom names etc.
Deliverables:
1) We want a website design for Real Estate Solutions A/S based upon the website - www.advizer.dk - We want the same look and colours but with our own links and gif's .
2) We prefer to put in the actual text on the website ourselves but can provide the text as we go along if nessesary - gifs etc.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
We prefer a windows platform (XP, 2000)
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Dec 31, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
