Description:
Note: the program design/options described below are not absolute if you have better or timesaving ideas.
I need a program that will assist with locating and removing unwanted image files from a computer. It should do the following:
1) Allow user to select which types of image files to search for (jpg,gif,bmp are options)
2) Allow user to select drive or directory to scan
3) Finds all the image files in that location and create thumbnails of each.
4) To the right of the thumbnail is the path to the file and an option to delete it.
5) Movie files can also be searched for, but only a path/link will be given
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) Manual installation instructions so that buyer can repackage the software with any setup/installation package.

Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed within 14 days of bid acceptance.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
