Description:
The ministry is looking for another project. Here's what we need.
We need an ASP donation form that not only writes into an access database but also e-mails the appropriate depts with the info.

I would like to have validation. Perhaps make it easier when a person clicks Pay by check, they do not have CC or EFT options, etc...
Please note: (If you deire I can create the Access database with all needed fields if this will lower the cost substantially.)
This project will not be connecting to any type of payment portal such as PayPal or CC processors. We handle all transactions in house.
Right now we are using 4 forms that only e-mail with no database. They are pledging with no payment, Pledge and payment with credit card. EFT transfers, etc. I'll need to combine all the forms into one ASP.
Cost and time frame.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi Rick,
I have extensive experience in developing web/Client-Server application in ASP, VB,Delphi, Access, SQL Server. I have developed this type of application several times. I have seen your requirement. Your work can be done within 5 days. If you agree, I can use a wizard type page where user can enter data in each section and go to the next clicking the Next button. By this way, all the pages can be combined to a single one and also not too lengthy to see to make user getting bored (e.g Just like RentACoder Registration section). Though, if you have any idea, you can tell me. Another thing, if required, I can develop all the web server business logic including database in COM. That actually makes the operation speedy. Regarding the client end validation, I can use JavaScript or VBScript to Validate.
