Description:
Application to manage access database (10 tables, see attachment).
Application Functionality
1.
Must be multi-lingual, means all text in any forms and messages must not be static but language dependent.
Table “Translator” is to be used for this manner
2.
Handle User Log-In with USER and PASSWORD
3.
Handle User Authorities
each User has a “ARLvl” assigned at Table “User”
With Table “Access Rights” there can be assigned the “ARLvl” for each table
User may only manage tables with a lower or equal ARLvl than his own User-ARLvl.
4.
Manage Tables with a smart User Interface, Easy Menu-Structure
Regarding Relations

All Access to Database must be done with SQL by use of MDAC-Components
Application must be able to work with any Database System, not only Access!
Name of Database must be assinged via any INI-Textfile.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
